Job summary

Edenred PayTech in Swindon is seeking a Commercial Management Accountant to support monthly Revenue & COS, including preparing the billing file, posting accrued income, calculating COS accruals and reconciling supplier data to internal reports.

You will process the monthly billing file, approve Paypoint invoices, maintain IFRS15 workings, book COS accruals, handle reconciliations and recharges to AR, and contribute to balance sheet reconciliations and ad hoc projects in a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of IFRS15.
• Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and ability to investigate data differences.
• Good Excel skills and numerical accuracy.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process the monthly billing file, ensuring any adjustments are included.
• Process all Paypoint Invoices and approve invoices.
• Maintain IFRS15 workings and reconcile COS with billing data.
• Book COS accruals based on the billing file and manage accrued income.
• Reconcile supplier COS invoices with accruals booked and ensure recharges are sent to AR.
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and respond to audit requests.
• Support the business with queries and ad hoc projects.
