Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Commercial Litigation Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Disputes

Exciting opportunity to join a growing Dispute Resolution team.

I’m working with a well-regarded law firm that is looking to grow its Dispute Resolution department. Recognised for handling complex, high-profile litigation, the team advises companies, directors, shareholders, and entrepreneurs on a wide spectrum of commercial and corporate disputes.

The Role

This is a varied position that offers exposure to a broad caseload, including:

• Corporate and commercial litigation – shareholder disputes, director claims, breach of warranty claims
• Debt recovery (including high-value cases)
• County Court and High Court claims (Business & Property Court)
• Injunctions and urgent remedies
• Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
• Corporate recovery and insolvency work

You’ll manage your own files while also supporting senior lawyers on larger matters, working with both local and regional businesses as well as national household brands. Training and mentoring are available to help you develop quickly in areas you’ve had less exposure to.

About You

You’ll be a qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution. You should have some experience in one or more of the following:

• Commercial contract disputes
• Shareholder/director disputes
• Debt recovery or insolvency matters
• Injunctions or urgent applications

• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Confident, approachable, and able to build good client relationships
• A motivated and ambitious mindset with a genuine interest in litigation work
