Due to continued success, Themis Recruit are seeking an exceptional associate with 2 to 4 years PQE to join our clients London-based Commercial Litigation team, focusing on disputes involving major technology companies.
The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of matters—from regulatory investigations and international litigation to compliance advisory and product risk assessment—providing strategic legal counsel to some of the world’s most influential tech clients.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and global policy, advising on cutting-edge issues like online safety, intermediary liability, data protection, free speech, and more.
Lead and implement litigation strategies across jurisdictions including the UK, EU, and beyond.
Advise on global regulatory matters, including investigations by OFCOM, the European Commission, and other international agencies.
Conduct legal risk assessments for new products, features, and policies
Monitor and interpret legislation impacting technology companies worldwide
Provide strategic counsel on issues such as content moderation, defamation, IP infringement, privacy, consumer protection, and contractual disputes
Collaborate closely with international colleagues across practice areas including Antitrust, IP, ESG, and Arbitration
