Job Description:

A legal 500 listed law firm with offices across Lancashire is seeking a Solicitor to join their highly regarded department listed in the Legal 500.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' PQE within Commercial Litigation and be comfortable managing your own caseload. The role involves handling complex legal matters such as contract disputes, shareholder & partnership disputes, insolvency, property disputes, boundary disputes, and professional negligence.

You will work closely with a Director, becoming an integral part of the firm with direct client contact and opportunities to contribute to business development activities.

The team currently includes 2 Solicitors, 2 Paralegals, and support staff. The role offers career progression, team management responsibilities, and involvement in growth initiatives. The firm emphasizes work/life balance and offers options for remote, hybrid, or office-based work, with some travel required for meetings.
