Location: London HQ / Fully Remote

We’re delighted to be partnering with a market-leading sports law practice to appoint a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 7–10 years PQE, High Court litigation experience, and strong expertise in personal injury.

The Role

You will handle a varied and stimulating caseload of complex commercial disputes alongside personal injury matters, many of which are precedent-setting within the sports sector. The work will involve:

  • Managing high-value litigation in both commercial and PI contexts
  • Conducting and managing cases in the High Court
  • Advising on contractual, regulatory, and compensation matters
  • Collaborating with experts in medical, regulatory, and sporting disciplines
  • Representing high-profile clients in sensitive and often high-stakes cases

About You

  • 7–10 years PQE in commercial litigation
  • Proven High Court litigation experience (essential)
  • Strong personal injury expertise (essential)
  • Excellent client handling and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based setting
  • An interest in sports is desirable, but not essential
