Sellick Partnership is assisting a Legal 500, national law firm in Leeds to appoint a NQ-3 year PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its established team. You will manage your own caseload, develop client relationships and work with Partners and case handlers on a broad range of disputes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ-3 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience handling commercial disputes and high-quality client work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and case handlers with a varied caseload of commercial disputes.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Attend conferences, court hearings and client meetings.
• Communicate with clients, counsel and other parties.
• Manage your own caseload with supervision by Partners/Legal Directors.
• Work on complex, high-profile and sensitive litigation matters.
• Contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider team.
• Meet agreed financial, quality, deadline and KPI requirements.
