About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile and challenging international and national disputes across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes and arbitration matters.

You will service clients from sectors including TMT, financial services, energy, life sciences, and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency, and product liability.
• Managing the litigation process from pre-action advice to trial and beyond.
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• A strong understanding of commercial litigation practice; experience in arbitration is a plus.
