Overview

Role: Commercial Litigation Solicitor — Location: Stourbridge — Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

An established and forward-thinking West Midlands firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. The Role

• Advising a broad range of individuals and business clients on a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, including:
  • Debt recovery
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Warranty and contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • General commercial litigation

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the department\'s client base.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting pre-action correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and applications
• Supporting senior associates and directors on high-value High Court litigation

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years\' PQE managing your own caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through to completion
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills
