Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 6-8 Years PQE, Norwich, £50,000+ (DOE) - Are you an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? Join a highly regarded disputes team in Norwich, where you will have the opportunity to handle complex, high-value litigation matters and work alongside recognised specialists in their field. JOB REF: 5816.

THE ROLE:

• A leading legal team is looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to support the continued development of its busy disputes practice.
• You will manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, advising a diverse client base on contentious matters and delivering commercially focused solutions.
• Your work will include contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and other business-related litigation.
• You will also have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development activities and play an active role in supporting junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with between 6 and 8 years' PQE.
• You will have experience managing a broad range of contentious matters, with the ability to handle complex cases confidently and provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients.
• You will demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior lawyers, together with an interest in business development and practice growth, would be advantageous.
