The Role

Commercial Litigation Associate - Up to £80,000 Salary

Join a dynamic and collaborative team renowned for handling a diverse range of commercial disputes, including contractual disagreements, professional negligence claims, injunctions, commercial fraud, debt recovery, and contentious insolvency.

With a strong international focus, the team represents clients across various sectors such as construction, transport, banking, education, and health, providing comprehensive dispute resolution services through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will manage your own caseload of complex disputes, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile matters. Your role will involve advising clients, representing them in various forums, and actively participating in marketing initiatives, including client training sessions and seminars.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in high-value, cross-border disputes.

The Candidate

• Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience
• Experience and interest in arbitration
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
