About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist commercial law firm renowned for delivering high-quality legal services to a predominantly England-based client base. A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ+) to join their established and highly-regarded disputes team. You will play a pivotal role in managing a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, and be actively involved in maintaining and developing client relationships.
The role will involve:
Handling a caseload of high-value and complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder issues, and professional negligence claims.
Advising clients across a wide range of industries with a strong commercial lens.
Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, pleadings, and other key litigation documents.
Working alongside senior solicitors on larger multi-party disputes and High Court matters.
Supporting business development and client engagement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified solicitor (NQ+) with experience or training in commercial litigation.
Demonstrate strong technical skills and a genuine interest in complex commercial work.
Show excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage client expectations with professionalism.
Be commercially astute, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
