A new role has arisen for either an Associate or Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation to join a leading national team at this growing and successful firm with offices in Cardiff and throughout the UK.

The team deals with a range of disputes including:

• Director and shareholder disputes
• Insolvency-related litigation

In this role, you will handle a caseload of commercial litigation matters, manage a team, and contribute to the growth of the department through marketing and business development.

You should be an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer confident in working independently, managing junior staff, and developing strong client relationships.
