The Role
Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Up to £70,000 salary
A prestigious law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least four years’ experience handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including commercial contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, and professional negligence claims.
Responsibilities will include advising clients on legal issues, providing strategic guidance, conducting client meetings, managing costs, drafting legal documents, and keeping up to date with legal developments. The role also involves business development activities to strengthen client relationships, with potential opportunities to supervise junior colleagues.
The Dispute Resolution team is highly recognised with several leading individuals acknowledged for their expertise. The team provides advice across a wide spectrum of dispute resolution matters, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and debt recovery.
