Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including: commercial contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT-related litigation, and restrictive covenant claims.
• Handle matters from pre-action advice through to High Court/Court of Appeal proceedings.
• Collaborate with Partners on high-value, business-critical disputes.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Actively contribute to firm-wide initiatives and a thriving team culture.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise.
• A client-focused, solution-oriented mindset – balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
