Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A new opportunity for a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor has arisen within an established and successful private practice within the Bournemouth and Poole area.

The team act across all aspects of commercial disputes and will successful solicitor will enjoy the opportunity to work on high value, complex and challenging work assisting Partners as well managing individual cases.

The Commercial Litigation department handle cases on behalf of regional and national clients to include matters such as professional negligence, commercial and contract disputes, IT/IP disputes, trademarks, distribution and banking disputes.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will possess excellent commercial awareness with client management experience and strong communication skills.

Salary dependent upon experience to £65,000
