Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/Director, Glasgow

Excellent career opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a small and highly regarded Corporate Law firm based in Glasgow. Suitable applicants will ideally be at Senior Associate level (or more qualified), but those with at least 4-5 years of PQE are also encouraged to apply.

The firm's clients are mainly small to medium-sized corporate and commercial clients. The Litigation department handles disputes and issues that arise in the competitive commercial world, including:

• Debt Recovery
• Contract disputes
• Disputes with business stakeholders, including directors, partners, and shareholders
• Landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes
• Intellectual property disputes

The successful candidate will receive support from other Directors in rebuilding the department, offering excellent prospects, a competitive salary, and a bonus scheme. While flexible working is available, most employees spend the majority of their week in the office and are expected to participate in business and client development activities.
