Commercial Litigation Senior / Principal Associate — Top 100 West Midlands Firm. Office / Hybrid working or fully remote.

Role and Firm

The key role to suit a senior or principal associate in commercial litigation. Innovative, growing firm offering high quality disputes work plus an exciting progression platform.

Responsibilities / Responsibilities

The team handles mainstream commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented senior litigator to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand. You\'ll be part of a team which handles broad ranging commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract and IT/IP contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims, sale of goods and supply of services disputes, defamation claims, warranty, indemnity and consumer claims. You\'ll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as PLCs and larger corporates.
