Overview

Commercial Litigation Senior / Principal Associate – Top 100 West Midlands Firm. Office / Hybrid working or fully remote. Key role to suit a senior or principal associate in commercial litigation. Innovative, growing firm offering high quality disputes work plus an exciting progression platform.

About the team

The team handles mainstream commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented senior litigator to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand.

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as PLCs and larger corporates.
• Handle broad ranging commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract and IT/IP contract disputes, restrictive covenant claims, sale of goods and supply of services disputes, defamation claims, warranty, indemnity and consumer claims.
