Our client has an excellent commercial disputes practice, handling high-quality commercial litigation work for local, regional, and national clients. The team advises on all aspects of complex, high-value commercial disputes, focusing on delivering high-quality work for high-quality clients. Clients include large listed corporates, owner-managed enterprises, housebuilders, PLCs, entrepreneurs, and investors.

The firm aims to appoint a senior associate to work alongside two well-regarded partners as a key member of a growing disputes practice. The team covers various areas including commercial contract disputes, partnership, shareholder, director disputes, and housebuilder litigation. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical expertise in these areas.

Additionally, the candidate should be capable of developing strong, sustainable client relationships, be outward-facing, commercial, and client-oriented.
