Legal Secretary – Commercial Litigation

Location: Bournemouth

Are you a Legal Secretary with experience in Commercial Litigation? My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in Bournemouth. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working on challenging cases, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising legal files efficiently
  • Providing client care and communication support
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and handling deadlines
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative and secretarial tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential, ideally in Commercial Litigation
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, legal IT systems and audio dictation
