Work alongside ex-City lawyers on London-quality matters, managing an active caseload in a growing, high-performing Dispute Resolution team. This is a strategic senior role offering the potential for equity partnership and long-term career growth.
Lead and manage complex, high-value commercial disputes across multiple sectors, including shareholder, partnership, director, fraud, insolvency, asset recovery, and restructuring matters.
Drive the growth of the commercial litigation practice across the South East and London.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing commercially focused, pragmatic solutions.
Source new matters and strengthen existing client and referral relationships.
Mentor, support, and develop junior lawyers to foster a high-performance, inclusive team.
Collaborate with partners across departments (Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial) to provide a joined-up client service.
Contribute to departmental strategy and firm-wide initiatives.
Qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
Existing Partner, Legal Director, or ambitious Senior Associate ready for partnership.
Strong technical expertise with a practical, commercial, and strategic mindset.
Proven track record in attracting high-value work and developing client relationships.
Portable client following is advantageous but not essential; strong business development skills required.
Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Experienced in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
