A premier West End law firm with a 170-year heritage invites a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its disputes team. You will advise on shareholder, contractual, and high‑value litigation, building long‑term relationships with a sophisticated client base.

The role offers significant autonomy, direct client contact, and a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture. You’ll develop your practice while benefiting from cross‑referrals across private client, property and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial litigation.
• Currently operating at Partner level or a Legal Director seeking a first partnership opportunity.
• Strong track record advising businesses, entrepreneurs or family offices.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters including shareholder disputes and contractual issues.
• Enjoy significant autonomy with direct client contact and opportunities for cross-referrals across practice groups.
• Contribute to a collaborative and non-hierarchical culture within the partnership.
