The Role
Head of Commercial Litigation - Senior Partner - Up to £200,000 salary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Partner to lead and develop a thriving Commercial Litigation practice within an innovative and fast-growing legal services group. The firm combines the service ethos of a boutique practice with the infrastructure and professionalism of a larger organisation, and is poised for its next phase of strategic growth across multiple legal disciplines.
The Commercial Litigation team handles a wide variety of high-value, complex disputes including breach of contract, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate, defamation, and debt recovery. The team is currently instructed on multi-million-pound claims before the High Court and in arbitration, acting on behalf of established UK-based corporate clients across sectors such as logistics, development, tech, and hospitality.
This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of the department. You will be tasked with developing the team, winning and managing significant commercial matters, and playing a key role in wider business strategy. You will be supported by an experienced group of fee earners and a progressive leadership team committed to long-term investment and innovation. A portable client following is required.
