The Role
Commercial Litigation Legal Director - Up to £100,000 salary
Join a highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution team with a stellar reputation, recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers. Based in Sheffield, the team represents a diverse client base spanning manufacturing, technology, hospitality, food, and sports.
They specialise in high-value, complex disputes and provide commercial, pragmatic advice that fosters long-term client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial solicitor with at least 8 years of experience in commercial disputes.
The role will involve handling a broad range of complex and high-value disputes, including shareholder, partnership, and trust disputes, commercial contracts, warranty claims, sale and purchase agreements, professional negligence, enforcement of restrictive covenants, fraud and misrepresentation, injunctive relief, contentious insolvency, and reputational management.
The team is particularly interested in candidates who can bring a specialism that enhances the firm’s existing practice or an established client following. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile matters while playing a key role in the team’s continued growth and success.
