Location: Leeds City Centre

About the job: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, representing clients in a range of disputes from pre-action stages through to trial and enforcement. In addition, candidates from a Civil Litigation background will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, legal arguments, and correspondence
• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives
• Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in litigation practice and procedure

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or relevant jurisdiction), or CILEX qualified
• 2+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedures and CPR
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Salary: Subject to prior experience up to £50,000 per annum
