Job summary

A leading international law firm in Belfast is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their Property Recoveries team. You will handle pre-litigated and litigated recovery files and advise on subrogated property, uninsured losses, and overpayments, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to a supportive, inclusive culture.

Job description

We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their Property Recoveries team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a nationally recognised Commercial Litigation practice, acting for a wider variety of international and domestic commercial organisations. The candidate will advise on matters such as subrogated property (pursuing recovery of repair costs in relation to damage caused to commercial & household properties and motor vehicles), Uninsured Loss Recoveries, and recovery of overpayments and duplicate payments.

Whilst managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated recovery/defence/indemnity files, the candidate will play a key role in the facilitation of development of junior staff members through mentorship, supervision and delegation of tasks.
