Taylor Root is seeking a qualified lawyer for a disputes role in a City-based firm, handling commercial litigation, securities litigation, civil fraud, asset recovery, international arbitration and professional services disputes.

With 4+ years PQE in commercial disputes, you will work on high-value matters, gain partner exposure, and have opportunities to drive cases independently under supervision, while contributing to business development and client relationships.

The Role

You will join a disputes practice handling a broad range of commercial litigation, securities litigation, civil fraud, asset recovery, international arbitration and professional services disputes. The team is involved in challenging, high-profile cases for quality clients, with matters ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-hundred million-pound claims. This role promises excellent partner exposure, hands-on experience, and opportunities to drive cases independently under partner supervision. You will also contribute to business development initiatives and have clear progression opportunities.

• A qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial disputes
• Strong experience in litigation and arbitration, ideally across multiple dispute types
