Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for a global City law firm with a tech sector focus. You will work on complex disputes, licensing, IP and IT outsourcing matters, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Ideally you have 5–10 PQE in commercial disputes and high court litigation, with substantial exposure to technology sector work. This permanent, full-time role offers a balanced workload and a friendly City culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10 PQE, England & Wales.
• Commercial disputes experience with a strong focus on the technology sector (at least 50% of your time).
• High court litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial disputes within the technology sector.
• Advise on licensing, IP rights, and IT outsourcing projects.
• Litigate in the High Court; pursue arbitration and mediation when needed.

Role

Joining a highly ranked commercial disputes team you will have a strong focus on matters relating to the technology sectors with work including:

• Software and other licensing
• Copyright
• Projects and IT outsourcing
• Licensing including patents
• Confidentiality/trade secrets
• High court appeals and litigation
• Arbitration
• Mediation
