Are you ready to step up and become the face of commercial litigation at a thriving city centre firm? We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a growing dispute resolution team, bringing specialist expertise in general commercial litigation to complement a property litigation-heavy practice.
This is a prime opportunity to take ownership of your caseload, work alongside ambitious, like-minded individuals, and put yourself on a fast track to partnership as the firm continues to grow and modernise.
Who we’re looking for- 5–10 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong experience handling high-value, complex disputes
- Excellent client management skills and ability to run your own caseload independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for business development
- Confident mentoring and delegating to more junior team members
- Background in a well-respected firm with exposure to a variety of commercial litigation and professional negligence work
Salary & Benefits- £55,000 – £60,000 base salary plus 10% bonus
- No requirement for a client following
- Handle a manageable, high-quality caseload of commercial disputes
- 3 days per week in the city centre office with 2 days WFH
- Flexi-time with core hours of 10–4
