Executive Network Legal Limited in Swansea is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ+). You will manage a varied caseload across contractual disputes, recoveries and insolvency, with opportunities in property and sports law, while delivering commercial, client-focused advice.

Flexible working is offered, including part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of three days per week, and a supportive environment with opportunities for BD and growth.

Qualifications

• Solicitors with experience in commercial litigation or property litigation.
• Knowledge of recoveries, debt recovery and insolvency work.
• Experience with property-related disputes and receiver work.
• Strong organisational and case-management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Advise clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters.
• Collaborate with solicitors, legal assistants and support staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in business development and networking activities.
• Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Contribute to growth and success of the department.
