Qualifications

• Experience as a litigator handling consumer and/or commercial contract disputes.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and costs in litigation.
• Experience supervising junior fee-earners and ensuring quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex cases in line with SLA, KPI and client outcomes.
• Provide technical legal supervision to fee-earners of all levels.
• Share knowledge and best practice within the team and management group.
• Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver on performance targets and drive efficiency.
