Commercial Lines & Distribution Academy Training Consultant – Salary up to £40,000

About the role:

The Commercial Lines and Distribution Academy trains our Commercial Lines teams, including Underwriters and Distribution Colleagues, enhancing their skills and capabilities by collaborating with business areas to meet their development plans and customer needs.

The successful candidate will plan, develop, deliver, and facilitate training programs both virtually and face-to-face, acting as a confident and inspiring facilitator to make learning engaging and impactful.

This role also involves data analysis to provide insights, stimulate discussion, and drive performance improvements with team members.

Note: Travel to other sites may be required based on business needs.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven ability to deliver effective training and coaching.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services; underwriting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage training programs efficiently.
  • Data analysis skills to generate insights and inform activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to motivate stakeholders.
