About the Role:

The Commercial Lines and Distribution Academy facilitates training for our Commercial Lines teams, including Underwriters and Distribution Colleagues. Your role will involve planning, developing, delivering, and facilitating virtual and face-to-face training sessions. You will be a confident and inspiring facilitator, making learning engaging and impactful.

This role requires analytical skills to interpret data, provide insights, and collaborate with team members to enhance performance. Travel to different sites may be required based on business needs.

Skills and Experience:
  • Proven ability to deliver effective training and coaching.
  • Experience within Insurance or Financial Services; underwriting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
