You have experience quoting and working with top and regional insurance carriers. You are motivated by hard work and integrity. Accuracy and attention to detail are among your strengths. Job Summary:
This individual will proactively manage the workflow and lifecycle of an assigned book of business. They will serve as the primary client relationship manager, responsible for account servicing and maintenance for new and existing Commercial Lines clients. This person will be the day-to-day contact for clients, handling policy changes, inquiries, renewals, and billing. The role strictly adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines outlined in our Professional Procedure Manual.
This position offers flexibility regarding office location, which could be in any of our offices throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. A hybrid/remote schedule is also possible.
