Compensation: Base + Commission

Responsibilities

  • Attaining "on-target earnings" as specified in the business plan.
  • Tracking new and renewal revenue, client retention rates, and overall performance.
  • Managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients.
  • Offering risk analysis services, identifying coverage gaps, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies.
