Job description

Commercial Light Goods Vehicle Technician – Yeovil

Our client is looking to permanently employ a highly skilled Commercial Light Goods Vehicle Technician to join their business.

Skills Required:

  • Complete comprehensive and preventative maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation.
  • Accurate fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with terms.
  • Maximizing your productive time to ensure all KPI’s are achieved.
  • Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work on own initiative.
  • Carry out all work & repairs in a safe & timely manner exceeding DVSA standards.
  • Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
  • Not essential but desirable is an NVQ3 and an HGV licence.

Hours of Work & Salary:

Working Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.

A competitive salary is offered between £28,500 – £42,000 depending on experience.
