Position: Commercial Lettings & Marketing Manager - £38-50k

Location: Littlehampton

We are working with a privately owned, multi-Property Investment & Development Company with extensive Commercial and Residential Assets across the South and South East of England. Within their commercial Property team, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Lettings & Marketing Manager as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Working office based in West Sussex (must live in or close to the area)
2. High specification commercial portfolio spanning offices, logistics, retail warehousing, industrial, and trade counter premises
3. Develop and manage marketing plans relating to premises being marketed for LET (the client develops, LETS, and manages its own stock; they do not act as agents for other landlords' properties)
4. Engage with potential tenants, matching their needs with available properties
5. Undertake viewings with potential tenants
6. Negotiate rents and terms according to the needs of the business and tenants
7. Handle tenant selection, lease/licence agreements, and property records
8. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure due process
9. Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners

Qualifications:

You may come from either a Commercial or Residential Property Lettings background and have a thorough understanding of the Lettings process and related regulatory framework.

Salary for the successful Lettings / Marketing Manager will start at up to £50k basic OR less if you would prefer a commission-led package.
