Job Description

  • Leading quantity surveying activities across multiple construction projects (housing maintenance or affordable housing)
  • Ensuring cost-effective and efficient project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
  • Preparing and analysing project costings
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead QS should have:
