Navitas Engineering, part of Octavius and the RSK Group, seeks a Commercial Lead in London or Glasgow to drive bids, pricing and project controls. The role sits between commercial administration and management, offering growth as you partner with project teams and leadership.

You will analyse data, manage risks and deliver clear commercial reporting while collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams in a hybrid working setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in commercial management or related field.
• Experience in commercial, contract, project controls or finance roles.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders and pricing exercises.
• Knowledge of contract reviews, risks and escalation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce MI dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Support bids, tenders, proposals and contract reviews.
• Prepare pricing submissions and fee proposals.
• Monitor project performance: revenue, margins and forecasting.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities; escalate where needed.
• Produce reports, dashboards and management information.
• Maintain commercial records, trackers and governance.
