About the role

A leading FTSE 250 technology solutions provider is looking for a Commercial Lead to join its high-performing Commercial Sales Operations team. This team plays a crucial role in shaping customer engagement, managing commercial risk, and driving profitability across large and complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities
  • You\'ll act as a trusted commercial advisor — both internally to account teams and externally to customers — helping navigate procurement, pricing, and risk challenges.
  • From hosting Big Deal Reviews and designing commercial structures to ensuring governance and supporting strategic bids, you\'ll be a key figure in enabling sustainable growth and smart commercial decision-making.
  • Engage directly with customers and internal teams to design tailored commercial solutions
  • Lead commercial reviews for large, complex opportunities
  • Advise on qualification, risk mitigation, and deal strategy to improve win rates
  • Model financials and present options to senior stakeholders
  • Support strategic projects to improve processes and commercial best practice
Qualifications
