The Role
Reporting into the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, the Commercial Lead will take the reins on building and growing agency and brand relationships. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day commercial hustle. Ideal for someone who knows the agency world inside-out and is ready to help shape and scale a future market leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial conversations across top media agencies and major brands
Turn briefs into closed deals – from initial pitch through to final negotiations
Build and mentor a small sales team as the business grows
Work alongside senior leadership to open top-tier doors
Create and execute revenue growth plans, forecasts, and market strategy
Be the face of the business – presenting, persuading, and closing
What They’re Looking For
5+ years in media sales, ideally with strong agency and specialist contacts
Experience in OOH (especially digital)
Someone with commercial savvy, a strong network, and a can-do attitude
A confident communicator who can ask the tough questions and think creatively to find solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, problem solver, and ready to scale with the business
