Job summary

Sprintlaw is hiring a qualified lawyer with around 3 years PQE in general commercial law. The role is based in the UK with flexibility in working arrangements.

You will take ownership of matters, handle technology & IP contracts, privacy/GDPR work, and employment law, while delivering practical legal solutions for startups and small businesses. You’ll collaborate with a distributed, international team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years PQE in general commercial law.
• Experience in leading private practice or in-house in England or Wales preferred.
• Confident to manage own matters and basic commercial law tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle technology & IP contracts, privacy and GDPR matters, and employment law for clients.
• Take ownership of matters and interact directly with clients.
• Operate and adapt to our technology platforms and workflow.
