A market-leading ALSP is seeking mid-level commercial lawyers for a 3-month remote assignment. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years PQE, expertise in marketing, advertising, and procurement law, and be available to start immediately. This role involves the preparation and negotiation of various commercial agreements within a dynamic consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE as a commercial solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience with various agreements including Creative Services, Media, and SaaS Agreements.
• Availability for immediate start or at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate Creative Services and Professional Services Agreements.
• Handle Media, Print Management, and Miscellaneous Agreements.
• Provide legal support in procurement related matters.

Job Description:

We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking to connect with mid-level commercial Lawyers who have experience in marketing, advertising, and procurement. This is for a 3-month assignment with a consumer-focused company. The role will be remote, but requires individuals to be based in England, Wales or Scotland.

The successful individual can expect to work across the following contracts:

• Creative Services Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements (marketing consultants, marketing research, PR)
• Print Management Agreements
• Media Agreements
• Miscellaneous Agreements (promotions, sponsorship, funding, others)
• SaaS Agreements for creative services or advertising services

Candidates are likely to be qualified commercial Solicitors in England & Wales, and possess upwards of 3 years’ PQE.

Due to the desired start date, candidates are likely to be available immediately or at short notice.
