MERJE is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer for a leading Investment Bank in London.

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing high-level legal advice and support across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on complex financial transactions and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks across the organisation.

Required knowledge:

• Qualified solicitor, ideally 2-6 years PQE.
