MERJE is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer for a leading Investment Bank in Colchester.

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing high-level legal advice and support across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on complex financial transactions and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement legal strategies
• Manage and mitigate legal risks across the organisation

Required knowledge:

• Qualified solicitor, ideally 2-6 years PQE
