We seek a Germany-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our client, an innovative and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment. This short-term contract role is ideal for a legally skilled professional with strong expertise in B2C operations, especially within digital or consumer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal advice on commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as marketing agreements, service contracts, and promotional arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU laws, including consumer protection, GDPR, and e-commerce regulations.
• Advise on advertising, promotions, and gambling regulations, where relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams in legal, marketing, and operations to support strategic projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in commercial law, preferably with B2C exposure.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
