This short-term contract role is ideal for a legally experienced professional with expertise in B2C operations, especially in digital or consumer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as marketing, service provider, and promotional contracts.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU laws, including consumer protection, GDPR, and e-commerce regulations.
• Advise on advertising, promotions, and gambling regulations where applicable.
• Collaborate with legal, marketing, and operational teams to support strategic projects.
