We seek a Germany-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our client, an innovative and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment. This short-term contract role is ideal for a commercially minded legal professional with strong expertise in B2C operations, particularly within a digital or consumer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, with a focus on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotional arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU legislation, including consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR), and e-commerce.
• Advise on advertising, promotions, and gambling-related regulatory frameworks where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams across legal, marketing, and operations to support strategic initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional experience in commercial law, with exposure to B2C environments.
