• Avocat qualifié au Royaume-Uni ou en Common Law avec droit de travail.
• Minimum de 5 ans PQE dans un cabinet d'avocats réputé ou en interne.
• Expérience en rédaction et négociation de contrats commerciaux complexes.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur la rédaction et la négociation de contrats complexes.
• Soutenir les réponses aux appels d'offres et RFP.
• Fournir des conseils juridiques sur divers services de la firme.

About Our Client

Our Client is a Global Professional Services Firm and household name.

Job Responsibilities

• Advising on, drafting, and negotiating contracts such as:
• Master Services Agreements and Global Framework Agreements with clients
• Subcontracts (where the Firm is subcontractor)
• Collaboration agreements
• Managed services and outsourcing agreements
• Software and Licensing agreements
• Government and public sector agreements

• Supporting tenders and RFP responses
• Assisting other Legal Team members with complex commercial contracts
• Advising on, drafting, and negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Providing legal advice across various firm service lines and internal support functions, including real estate, procurement, finance, HR, IT, knowledge, and marketing
• Opportunity to lead firm-wide legal projects

Ideal Candidate

UK or Common Law qualified lawyer with the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

At least 5 years PQE, gained in a reputable City law firm or in-house.

Experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial contracts.
