Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for an Israel-qualified Commercial lawyer for a 6-month contract role.

Role Description
  • Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.
  • Support sales teams with commercial agreements, including sales agreements, pricing agreements, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.
  • Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues (terminations, employee escalations, employee communications), with support from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.
  • Assist with Israel litigation matters (both general commercial and HR-specific) with support from in-house litigation experts and outside counsel.
  • Help develop, implement, and communicate effective policies, processes, and internal training programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify compliance vulnerabilities and risks, develop corrective action plans, and provide guidance on avoiding similar issues in the future.
Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales.
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification.
  • Law firm training with some in-house experience.
  • Ability to work in Hebrew and English.
  • Excellent communication skills: understanding complex matters and providing practical advice.
  • Pragmatic, risk-aware problem-solving abilities.
  • High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, networking, and influencing skills.
